You will steer pricing initiatives and partner with underwriting, actuarial, and data science teams to optimise risk selection. The position offers a hybrid working model in London, with a strong emphasis on data capabilities and commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Strong pricing/analytics experience in general insurance or related field.
• Experience leading or mentoring pricing/analytics teams.
• Advanced analytics capabilities with Python or similar tools.
• Ability to translate analytical insights into commercial actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a pricing analytics team through coaching and mentoring.
• Prioritise pricing initiatives to support profit and growth objectives.
• Analyse policy, claims, quote, and market data to identify pricing opportunities.
• Evaluate new data sources and analytical methods for pricing.
• Review models developed by actuarial and data science teams and apply outputs in pricing.
• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, data science, and engineering teams.
• Identify customer segments to improve pricing performance and commercial results.
• Build automated analytical tools to generate pricing insights.
