We're seeking a sharp-minded Commercial / Pricing Analyst to join our team in Coulsdon. This role is ideal for someone who excels at transforming data into strategic insights and turning pricing strategies into profit.

In this key position, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues to optimize our pricing strategies, foster business growth, and enhance performance across our product portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Conduct detailed market research and benchmarking to identify profitability opportunities.
2. Develop pricing structures that support the sales team and promote sustainable growth.
3. Assist in preparing competitive bid submissions that balance customer value with company objectives.
4. Support financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
5. Analyze product mix data to suggest improvements and identify underperformance.
6. Play a key role in aligning supply and demand to maximize efficiency and strengthen our competitive edge.
7. Leverage previous experience in sales pricing, purchasing, or supply chain management.
8. Possess insight into supply chain processes or branded products.

Requirements

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Essential:

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, etc.)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good understanding of basic finance
• Flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in sales pricing, purchasing, or supply chain management

Desirable:

• Business analysis or negotiation experience
• ERP pricing administration knowledge
• Familiarity with product mix analysis and pricing strategies
• Insight into supply chain processes or products
