To support the wider growth and objectives of the Pricing Team, we are looking for a pricing analyst who will be focused on operating the Bank’s product pricing models, assisting with developing pricing solutions for targeted products that are fair for customers and deliver the commercial and strategic goals of Starling Bank. As an analyst, you will provide assistance with the preparation of Product Pricing proposals and analysis to the wider business. You will assist with the pricing of new and existing assets, monitoring performance on a regular basis, including actual profit/returns against expectations and variance analysis to inform of product pricing changes where necessary. You will also have a can-do attitude and approach to working and assisting with the wider Asset Management team.
This role will sit within the Commercial division of the Asset Management team reporting into the Senior Pricing Manager, and will work closely with the broader Asset Management teams, as well as the Bank’s Data team. Collaboration with the Finance team and Second Line Risk team will also be required from time to time.
Starling continues to grow its asset base at pace through a number of origination channels and this role will give you the opportunity to be part of one of the most exciting FinTechs during a pivotal phase of growth.

In general you can expect the below, following a chat with one of our Talent Acquisition team:
Stage 1 - 30 minute interview with our Senior Pricing Manager
Stage 2 - 1 hour interview with our Commercial Director - Asset Management and Senior Pricing Manager. This stage will include a task which we will give you prior to the interview. We’ll then ask you to present and discuss your findings within the interview.
