Job summary

Arla Foods Stourton is seeking a PPM Technician to maximise asset reliability and reduce downtime on our UK dairy site in Leeds. You will join a skilled engineering team, working on proactive inspections, maintenance plans, and data-driven improvements.

Based in our cremery, you will record maintenance in SAP CMMS, support CAPEX input, and promote safety and food quality while delivering value to production targets.

Qualifications

• Time-served or apprentice-trained engineering background in FMCG/manufacturing.
• Experience with RCA and fault-finding in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in SAP PM or similar CMMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute planned maintenance to prevent failures and update maintenance plans.
• Record activities in SAP CMMS and support top loss reviews.
• Maintain OEE through data analysis and CI work with site teams.
• Promote safety and food quality through LOTO and PTW adherence.
• Provide input to CAPEX projects and share knowledge across teams.
