Job summary

Prestige Car Dealership in Whetstone is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join the team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience, be driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.

The role involves servicing, diagnosing and repairing vehicles, communicating with the Service Reception and Workshop Control, and offering expert technical opinions to customers. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar vehicle technician role.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service, diagnosis and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
• Communicate with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
• Speak with customers on occasion to provide your expert, technical opinion.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
• Maintain exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
