Job summary

H2O Recruitment & Training Services Ltd. in Fareham seeks an experienced Vehicle Mechanic/Technician to join a prestige automotive workshop.

You will carry out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs on a range of vehicles, diagnosing faults and ensuring work is completed to the highest standard. The ideal candidate has NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, strong diagnostic skills and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or City & Guilds Level 3) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
• Experience with servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Good understanding of vehicle electrical and electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs on a range of vehicles.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
• Undertake inspections and identify any additional work required.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with attention to detail.
