Job summary

Morson Edge are recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer (Pressure Compliance) to join the Nuclear New Build project at Aztec West, Bristol. The role is contract and inside IR35, with hybrid working: min two days in the office and balance remote.

You will manage pressure systems compliance and structural integrity for a defined scope, interfacing with project managers, regulators including ONR, and supply chain partners; travel to mainland Europe may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with pressure systems regulation and structural integrity.
• Ability to interface with project managers, regulators and supply chain.
• Knowledge of RCC-M or ASME codes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of pressure systems compliance and structural integrity requirements for the appointed scope.
• Ensure project policies and contracts are implemented to meet safety case requirements.
• Act as technical decision-maker for pressure systems compliance within assigned scope.
