Job summary

Bromford Industries Limited, based in Alcester, is recruiting for a Setter/Operator Press on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Aerospace or Engineering sectors, with a strong commitment to quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in Aerospace Industry, Engineering, or similar role.
• Familiar with quality & manufacturing standards.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Use and control of Presses according to procedures.
• Set up machines with required tooling.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure quality.

Skills

Experience in machine setting and operating

Knowledge of quality & manufacturing standards
