CK Lyndex in the United Kingdom is seeking a Press Machine Operative to join our growing team. You will operate the press to fold parts to the required quality while reading technical drawings to ensure accuracy.

The role requires logging daily checks, working on your own initiative with a strong focus on safety, and contributing to ongoing training and development within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role and environment preferred.

As the market leader of waste compaction equipment in the UK and throughout Europe, we pride ourselves on our innovative engineering, dedicated customer service and aftersales support.

We are looking for a Press Machine Operative to join our award-winning team.

The successful candidate will:

• Preferable have experience in a similar role and environment;
• Be able to correctly operate machine to fold parts for production to the quality of standard required;
• Be able to read, understand and implement technical drawings;
• Have to complete and log daily checks on the machine and work equipment, ensuring it is in good working order;
• Have the ability to work on own initiative;
• Adhere to H&S regulations;
• Have the ability to learn new skills on the job.

Working Hours

Monday-Thursday: 7.30am - 4.45pm

Friday: 7.30am - 1.00pm

We offer overtime at 1.5 times and a 1.00pm finish on Fridays as standard.
