Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions in Wellingborough is seeking a Press / Machine Assistant to support the printing team. The role involves preparing printing plates, mixing inks, and assisting printers with setting up and running presses.

You will lay plates, fit cutters, meet daily production schedules, and perform basic cleaning and maintenance. Training is provided; duration is temporary with potential to become permanent after 12 weeks, starting ASAP, at £13.00 per hour.

Shift: (Apply online only) and (Apply online only) Weekly Rotating | Monday-Friday

Duration: Temporary ongoing, with the potential to become permanent after 12 successful weeks

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Basic machine operative skills required – full training provided.

As a Press / Machine Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing printing plates ready for the presses.

• Ensuring daily production schedules are met.
