Job summary

The Best Connection in West Bromwich is seeking an experienced Press Brake Setter to join its established manufacturing team on site. You will set and operate press brakes, manufacture parts to production targets, and maintain meticulous quality records while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Rotation shifts apply with a competitive hourly rate of £17.69 (including shift allowance) and comprehensive benefits package.

• Driven to meet targets while maintaining safety and quality.

• Set and operate press brakes and associated equipment
• Manufacture parts efficiently to meet production targets
• Monitor output rates and report any issues affecting performance
• Take ownership of product quality and ensure standards are met
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Uphold high standards of workplace organisation (5S)
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
• Carry out any additional duties as required

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced Press Brake Setter to join a well-established and highly respected manufacturing company based in West Bromwich.

• Hourly Rate: £17.69 (includes 22% shift allowance)
• Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts
• Morning Shift: Monday-Thursday 06:00-14:00, Friday 06:00-13:00
• Afternoon Shift: Monday-Thursday 14:00-22:00, Friday 13:00-20:00
