Workforce Staffing Ltd is recruiting for a Press Brake Setter in West Brom, Birmingham. The role offers £14.50 per hour, a 39-hour week, and rotating shifts.

You will set up and operate press brakes and related equipment to produce high-quality components while maintaining safety and production targets. Candidates should have proven press brake experience, a strong quality and safety mindset, and the ability to work well within a team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience setting and operating press brakes.
• Experience with ancillary machinery is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate press brakes and ancillary machinery.
• Produce high-quality components at the required production rate.

Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts

Week 1: Monday?Thursday, 6:00am?2:00pm | Friday, 6:00am?1:00pm

Week 2: Monday?Thursday, 2:00pm?10:00pm | Friday, 1:00pm?8:00pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Press Brake Setter to join a fast-growing manufacturing business in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience setting and operating press brakes and ancillary equipment, who takes pride in producing high-quality work safely, efficiently and to the required production standards.

The Role

• Setting and operating press brakes and ancillary machinery.
• Producing high-quality components at the required production rate.
• Ensuring machinery is set correctly and operating efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate production and quality records.
• Maintaining a clean, organised work area and strong 5S standards.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Following all Health & Safety procedures.
• Working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Carrying out other duties as required.
