The Best Connection is recruiting a Press Brake Operator for their Redditch team. You will operate the Bystronic Xpert200 press brake, ensuring parts meet exact specifications and quality standards.

The role is Monday to Friday with a 08:30 to 16:30 shift, offering a competitive starting rate and progression after 13 weeks. Benefits include 28 days' annual leave pro-rated for PAYE, online payslips, weekly pay and a pension contribution, plus perks at work.

Qualifications

• Operatives must be fully conversant with the Bystronic Xpert200 control system.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Bystronic Xpert200 press brake to form parts to specification.
• Maintain quality by inspecting finished components.
