Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Press Brake Operator in Newton Abbot, Devon. This site-based role focuses on operating press brakes with folding as the core task within a small workshop team.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Bystronic machine experience, sheet metal handling skills, and a keen eye for detail. Salary is up to £17.50 per hour, with standard pension and holiday provisions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a press brake is required.
• Strong folding experience is essential for this role.
• Experience with Bystronic machinery would be advantageous.
• Ability to work with sheet metal and prepare materials for folding.
• Experience with other workshop machinery is beneficial.
• Aluminium welding experience would be advantageous.
• Ability to work well within a small manufacturing team.
• Good attention to detail and a practical approach to manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Operate Bystronic press brake machines and perform folding tasks.
• Prepare materials and bundles for powder coating.
• Move materials within the workshop and support other operations as required.
