Our client, a leader in precision engineering, produces bespoke products for industries including transport, architectural, domestic, security, and defence. They are seeking an experienced CNC Brake Press Setter Operator to join their friendly, collaborative team in Tamworth. Working straight days and a 4 day week, Monday to Thursday - every week a long weekend!

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Edwards Pearson CNC brake press for sheet metal and polycarbonate components
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Inspect finished products and maintain equipment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Brake Press Setter Operator (Edwards Pearson preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work well in a team and solve problems collaboratively
