PRESS BRAKE OPERATORS REQUIRED IN CHESHIRE!

Do you have Press Brake experience and are you seeking a new permanent role within the Cheshire area? If so, get in touch today as we are recruiting several Press Brake Operators on a permanent contract.

The salary depends on the hours/shift pattern you choose. The business offers a £2,000 signing bonus (staggered payment) and regular overtime paid at T1/3 after 39 hours, and T1/2 after 48 hours.

We are looking for Press Brake Operators experienced with AMADA, TRUMPF, Bystronic, or Edward Pearson machines. We have opportunities on the following shift patterns:

• Day shifts Monday to Friday (39 hours/week)
• Permanent morning shifts Monday to Friday (38 hours/week)
• Permanent afternoon shifts Monday to Friday (38 hours/week)

Everyone will start on day shifts during training, with a slightly lower hourly rate initially. After passing probation, you can move to other shifts with a pay increase and shift allowance.

What You Will Do

• Set up and operate press machines (Amada and/or Edward Pearson) with precision.
• Execute bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches.
• Produce parts crucial for assembly operations.
• Follow quality control protocols by reading technical drawings and conducting checks.
• Transition between shift patterns after initial training.
• Engage in overtime opportunities to increase earnings.
