Job summary

Bloomcare Group is seeking a Team Leader for our care home in Prescot. This full-time, permanent role requires leadership and effective communication across all levels to support adults with complex needs.

Responsibilities include monitoring standards, reviewing care plans, managing rotas, and coordinating training with the General Manager. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided, with shift pattern from 8am to 8pm.

Responsibilities

• Ensure standards through monitoring and auditing and provide professional support to care colleagues
• Review care plans and medication administration
• Assist adults with mental health conditions to access the community and support with appointments
• Manage rotas to deploy care colleagues efficiently
• Build good relationships with colleagues, residents and families
• Coordinate induction and mandatory training with the General Manager
• Support action plans from regulators or internal functions
