Wildflower Day Nursery in Marston Moretaine is seeking a Preschool Room Leader to inspire a team of practitioners and create an exceptional learning environment for our oldest children.

You’ll lead with warmth, plan meaningful experiences, and support children’s early literacy and independence while partnering with families to ensure smooth transitions to Reception.

£30,667 - £35,000 per year / Full Time (38 hours per week) / Level 3+ Qualified

Leading a vibrant Preschool Room where every child feels confident, capable and excited to learn.

Creating an inspiring environment full of opportunities to explore, question, investigate and imagine.

Planning meaningful experiences that build early literacy, communication, mathematical thinking, creativity and independence, ensuring every child is ready for their next adventure at school.

Supporting children emotionally as they develop resilience, friendships, confidence and self-belief.

Leading your team with warmth, consistency and encouragement, helping experienced practitioners flourish whilst coaching apprentices and developing future talent.

Working closely with families and local schools to ensure every child enjoys a smooth, positive transition into Reception.

Championing outstanding practice and ensuring every day is filled with laughter, curiosity and meaningful learning.

Celebrating every achievement, whether it's writing their name for the first time, solving a tricky problem, making a new friend or proudly putting on their own coat.
