Qualifications

• Holds a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Ideally working towards Level 5 or willing to pursue one.
• Experience in an Early Years or preschool setting.
• Leadership or management experience or potential to progress.
• Welsh language ability or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and support the Early Years team.
• Oversee day‑to‑day running and organisation of the preschool.
• Ensure high standards of safeguarding and learning.
• Support funding and curriculum initiatives for funded settings.
• Maintain records and administrative procedures.
