The Pre-School Manager will be responsible for the effective leadership and management of Small Saints Pre-School, ensuring children receive outstanding care and education while maintaining strong business and operational systems.

The successful candidate will provide leadership to the staff team, oversee the quality of teaching and learning, manage financial and administrative processes, ensure statutory compliance and work closely with the Committee to secure the long-term sustainability of the setting.

This role requires someone who is passionate about early years, confident leading a team and able to balance the educational, operational and business needs of the Pre-School.
