Job summary

Weare Academy First School in Swindon is seeking an experienced Early Years leader to guide our EYFS team and drive high-quality provision. You will support staff development and ensure EYFS standards are met to foster a secure, nurturing environment.

With Level 3 EYFS or higher, you will plan engaging learning experiences, uphold safeguarding, and collaborate with parents and professionals to support each child’s next steps.

Qualifications

• Strong experience of leading an Early Years team or setting.
• Solid understanding of safeguarding and welfare of young children.
• Ability to plan high-quality provision responsive to children's interests and next steps.
