About the Role
The successful candidate will join Nasstar’s Presales team and be responsible for the scoping and creation of technical presales solutions and documentation, supporting the sales community in client engagements.
The role requires a confident, experienced, and self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with clients at all organizational levels in technical and business discussions.
Main responsibilities include creating and reviewing solution-based proposals, demonstrations, RFI/RFP responses, implementation strategies, designs, and Statements of Work.
The role involves liaising with teams such as Sales, Bid Management, Product & Propositions, Technical Delivery, Project Management, and Support & Managed Service teams. Flexibility for remote work and travel is essential.
The candidate should have experience and confidence in advising clients on Wide Area and Local Area Networking technologies, especially secure networking concepts like SD-WAN, SD-Branch, and SASE architectures, including services like ZTNA, CASB, and FWAAS.
Responsibilities:
The Customer Solutions Architect will operate in a Presales capacity, engaging at a senior level to define and own customer technology strategies. The role involves working on high-value, complex requests and managing the technical aspects of sales processes, including scoping and creating customer-facing artifacts.
