About the Role

The successful candidate will join Nasstar’s Presales team and be responsible for the scoping and creation of technical presales solutions and documentation, supporting the sales community in client engagements.

The role requires a confident, experienced, and self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively at all organizational levels, both technically and in business discussions.

Key responsibilities include creating and reviewing solution proposals, demonstrations, RFI/RFP responses, implementation strategies, designs, and Statements of Work, as well as liaising with other teams such as Sales, Bid Management, Product & Propositions, Technical Delivery, and Support & Managed Services.

The candidate should have experience and confidence in advising clients on Wide Area and Local Area Networking technologies, especially secure networking concepts like SD-WAN, SD-Branch, and SASE architectures, including services like ZTNA, CASB, and FWAAS.

Responsibilities

The Customer Solutions Architect will operate in a Presales capacity, engaging at a senior level to define and own the customer's technology strategy, and build the sales pipeline through a consultative approach. The role involves managing technical components of sales processes, scoping, solutioning, and creating customer-facing artifacts for high-value, complex requests.

Requirements
  • In-depth Fortinet & Cisco/Meraki Presales Solutions Architecture experience, particularly with SD-WAN & SASE / Secure Networking.
  • Ability to produce comprehensive sales documentation.
  • Experience leading responses for opportunities, including content creation, quality assurance, and timely delivery.
  • Strong client and team relationship skills.
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
  • Confident presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Ability to identify client needs and propose technical solutions.
  • Recognized IT certifications from networking vendors like Fortinet and Cisco.
  • Technical experience designing complex enterprise networking solutions, including security, WAN, LAN, and cloud connectivity.
  • Experience with cloud security services, public cloud connectivity, and working with vendors like Microsoft and AWS.
  • Commercial awareness to build accurate cost models for solutions.
