The successful candidate will join Nasstar’s Presales team and be responsible for the scoping and creation of technical presales solutions and documentation, supporting the sales community in client engagements.
The role requires a confident, experienced, and self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively at all organizational levels, both technically and in business discussions.
Key responsibilities include creating and reviewing solution proposals, demonstrations, RFI/RFP responses, implementation strategies, designs, and Statements of Work, as well as liaising with other teams such as Sales, Bid Management, Product & Propositions, Technical Delivery, and Support & Managed Services.
The candidate should have experience and confidence in advising clients on Wide Area and Local Area Networking technologies, especially secure networking concepts like SD-WAN, SD-Branch, and SASE architectures, including services like ZTNA, CASB, and FWAAS.
The Customer Solutions Architect will operate in a Presales capacity, engaging at a senior level to define and own the customer's technology strategy, and build the sales pipeline through a consultative approach. The role involves managing technical components of sales processes, scoping, solutioning, and creating customer-facing artifacts for high-value, complex requests.
