A leading technology firm seeks a Customer Solutions Architect for a permanent role to drive presales efforts and develop technical solutions. This position involves collaborating with multiple teams and requires expertise in networking and cloud solutions. The successful candidate will join Nasstar’s Presales team and be responsible for the scoping and creation of technical presales solutions and documentation, supporting the sales community in client engagements.
The role requires a confident, experienced, and self-motivated individual who can work independently and comfortably engage with clients at all organizational levels in both technical and business discussions.
Central to the role will be creating and reviewing compelling solution-based proposals, demonstrations, RFI/RFPs, implementation strategies, designs, and Statements of Work documents.
The role involves liaising with other Nasstar teams, including Sales, Bid Management, Product & Propositions, Technical Delivery, Project Management, and Support & Managed Service teams. Flexibility for remote work and business travel is expected.
The candidate should have experience and confidence in advising clients on Wide Area and Local Area Networking technologies, with a focus on secure networking concepts such as SD-WAN, SD-Branch, and SASE architectures, including services like ZTNA, CASB, and FWAAS.
The Customer Solutions Architect will operate in a Presales capacity, engaging at a senior level to define and own customer technology strategies. The role involves working on high-value, complex requests, managing technical sales components, and creating customer-facing artifacts.
Knowledge of cloud security services, public cloud connectivity, and experience with large network transformations connecting to cloud vendors like Microsoft and AWS is required.
