Description: The Pre-Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high-quality products, solutions, and services. The role involves engaging with internal departments and external clients such as distributors, system integrators, installers, and end-users to enhance business performance, reputation, and growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide product pre-sales promotion, including introducing new features, assisting customers in product selection, and supporting sales targets.
- Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy.
- Train technical engineers of channel customers to improve their technical knowledge.
- Gather customer feedback to improve technology processes and product offerings.
- Assist customers in preparing tender documents and support business partners in brand promotion through trade shows and events.
- Provide technical support and advice on video surveillance equipment, troubleshooting, and integration with third-party systems.
- Maintain communication with headquarters on new products and technical issues for timely resolution.
Key Attributes:
- Experience managing multiple products and initiatives with proper prioritization.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, alarm, access control, video conference, VMS, cloud storage, and related products.
- Ability to work independently and set strategic directions.
- Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences, with influence across the organization.
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Quick learner of new technologies.
