Permanent contract | £38,626 to £40,476 per annum (Scale J) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich
The Preparing for Adult Life (PfAL) Service ensures young people transitioning into Adult Social Care are supported in a seamless, coordinated manner.
You will have the ability to work with young people with complex needs and their families. An understanding of legislative requirements related to the Care Act 2014 and other legislation such as the Children and Families Act 2014 is essential. The role involves conducting assessments and care planning under the Care Act 2014.
We are seeking applications from candidates who hold a professional qualification in Social Work due to the role's requirements and expectations.
