Position Details:

  • Permanent contract | £38,626 to £40,476 per annum (Scale J) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich

The Preparing for Adult Life (PfAL) Service supports young people transitioning into Adult Social Care to do so in a seamless, coordinated manner.

You will work with young people with complex needs and their families, demonstrating understanding of legislative requirements related to the Care Act 2014, Children and Families Act 2014, and other relevant legislation. Responsibilities include conducting assessments and care planning under the Care Act 2014.

Applicants must hold a professional qualification in Social Work.
