Bigham’s in Wells is seeking a Preparation Team Member for a 4 on 4 off days schedule. You will hand-cut ingredients, prepare according to specs, and maintain a clean, hygienic workspace in a busy kitchen.
The role offers £14.72 per hour rising to £15.33 after 3 months, with overtime paid at over £20 per hour and 1.5x rate, plus 28 days’ annual leave, quarterly bonus, free meals and more. Training via Bigham’s Academy supports development and career growth.
