Job summary

Charlie Bigham's in Wells is seeking an experienced Senior Team Leader to own safety, quality, productivity and people performance across a key production area. You will lead by example, coach and develop Team Leaders and Operatives, and drive continuous improvement across the operation.

This permanent role offers two shift patterns (Mon-Fri 4:00pm–Midnight or 5:00pm–1:00am) with competitive hourly rates and benefits, including a quarterly bonus and paid breaks.

Job Introduction

Choose from Two Permanent Shift Patterns

Monday – Friday, 4:00pm – Midnight

• £23.95 per hour inclusive of all premiums
• Equivalent to over £42k per year

Monday – Friday, 5:00pm – 1:00am

• £24.63 per hour inclusive of all premiums
• Equivalent to over £43k per year

Role Responsibility

• Previous leadership experience within a manufacturing, food production, logistics or operational environment
• A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
