Job summary

International Schools Partnership Limited seeks a Learning Support Assistant to assist identified students in their learning and personal development at our Preparatory School, St Leonards. The role emphasizes inclusive education, collaboration with teachers, and supporting SEND pupils in 1:1 or small group settings.

You will work 26 hours per week during term time plus INSET days, based at St Leonards, reporting to the SENDCo. Experience with SEND and ICT is desirable.

Qualifications

• Have GCSE, ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualifications in maths and English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure students can access resources and engage in learning.
• Collaborate with staff to adapt learning materials for SEND students.
• Be the central contact for parents and outside agencies for key students.
• Support teachers to promote independence and social skills.
