Job summary

BMR Solutions Ltd in Gloucestershire is seeking a highly skilled Furniture Spray Painter / Veneer Finisher to join a specialist manufacturing business producing premium finished products. This role requires professional veneer finishing and expert colour matching.

You will prep, stain, repair and spray finish veneered components, ensuring high quality across batches in a clean spray booth. The position offers an hourly rate of £16–£22, Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:30, with a focus on craftsmanship

Qualifications

• Significant professional veneer finishing experience.
• Ability to stain and colour-match for premium veneers.
• Experience using spray equipment in a dedicated spray booth.
• High standards for colour consistency and surface finish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare veneered surfaces through sanding, masking and cleaning.
• Spray finish veneered panels and components.
• Colour matching against samples and specifications to achieve the requested finish.
• Identify defects and carry out veneer repair to high standards.
• Maintain spray equipment and a clean, organized workspace.
