BMR Solutions is seeking a skilled Furniture Spray Painter / Veneer Finisher in Gloucestershire to join a specialist manufacturing business producing premium finished products.

The role requires expert veneer finishing, staining and colour matching to achieve high-quality, consistent finishes across high-value panels and components. You will work in a professional spray booth with AC lacquer systems and strict quality standards.

Qualifications

• Significant professional furniture or wood spray-finishing experience.
• Previous hands-on experience working with wood veneer.
• Veneer preparation and finishing.
• Veneer staining and colour matching.
• Ability to produce consistent finishes across multiple components.

Responsibilities

• Prepare veneered surfaces by sanding, masking and cleaning.
• Prepare surfaces for staining, lacquer and finishing processes.
• Spray finish veneered panels and components.
• Work with standard and premium veneers.
• Stain veneer to achieve specified colours and tones.
• Colour match against samples and specifications.
• Identify defects and perform veneer repairs.
• Apply lacquer finishes with professional spray equipment.
• Maintain clean and organised working environment.
