Job summary

CPM UK is recruiting a Sales Executive to represent Diageo brands such as Smirnoff, Guinness and Gordons in the Cambridge region. You will engage on-trade venues, promote the spirits portfolio and build lasting relationships with licensees.

The role includes field visits, product activations, and providing informed recommendations to boost alcohol sales. A UK driving licence is essential, and a company vehicle is provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience in field sales or account management is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to on-trade venues within the territory.
• Educate licensees on Diageo spirits and promote the portfolio.
• Activate products in venues using POS, sampling, menus and other activations.
• Perform quality checks and ensure consistent service standards for Guinness and Draught.
• Report insights from calls and build strong relationships with customers.
