Job summary

ThruDark is recruiting a Store Supervisor for our Battersea Power Station store to support the Retail Manager and drive daily performance in a premium retail environment. You will lead the team on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining brand standards.

You will manage opening/closing, cash handling, KPIs, stock control, and visual merchandising, aligning with brand values of Humility, Unity, Unrelenting and Integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Team Lead within premium or performance retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop others.
• Commercially minded, confident analysing KPIs and driving results.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on retail setting.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays as required.
• Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the Retail Manager in all aspects of store operations, from sales and service to staffing and compliance.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
• Act as the duty manager when required, including opening and closing the store, managing cash handling, and overseeing daily KPIs.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience, maintaining the highest levels of product knowledge and service.
• Assist with product presentation and visual merchandising in line with brand standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.
• Support stock control, replenishment, and loss prevention procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
