ThruDark is recruiting a Store Supervisor to support the Battersea Power Station store and help lead a premium retail environment during a high-profile activation.

You will support the Retail Manager, drive daily performance, motivate your team, and ensure every customer leaves with an exceptional impression of the brand. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, excellent product knowledge, and a commitment to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Team Lead within premium or performance retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop others.
• Commercially minded, confident analysing KPIs and driving results.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Retail Manager in all aspects of store operations, from sales and service to staffing and compliance.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
• Act as the duty manager when required, including opening and closing the store, managing cash handling, and overseeing daily KPIs.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience, maintaining the highest levels of product knowledge and service.
• Assist with product presentation and visual merchandising in line with brand standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.
• Support stock control, replenishment, and loss prevention procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual to help lead a premium retail environment during one of our most high-profile activations. As Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Retail Manager, driving daily performance, motivating your team, and ensuring every customer leaves with an exceptional impression of the brand.
