Retail Human Resources plc is recruiting an Assistant Store Manager for a premium menswear boutique in Oxford. You will lead by example, coach the team to exceed targets, and deliver outstanding customer service that echoes the store’s premium brand.

You will drive sales, maximise KPIs and create a positive, high-energy environment. The role requires flexibility across weekdays, weekends and bank holidays, with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or Key Holder in retail.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to coach teams to exceed targets.
• Organised with stock and visual merchandising experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and KPIs
• Deliver first-class customer service and maintain a winning team culture
• Support product knowledge and sales training across the team
• Oversee daily store operations, administration, and compliance
• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and security procedures
• Support stock management, visual standards, and operational excellence
