Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day-to-day restaurant operation, working closely with the Operations Manager and kitchen team to deliver great service and keep standards consistent.
• Recruitment, training and team development will be a big part of the role, alongside overseeing private dining and events.
• Manage labour and costs while ensuring the guest experience stays exceptional.
