Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the restaurant team, driving engagement, performance and service standards.
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations for a seamless guest experience.
• Take responsibility for operational performance, labour costs, revenue and controls.
• Collaborate with senior management, kitchen, bar and wider teams.
• Oversee VIP guests, reservations, guest feedback and service recovery.
• Support planning and delivery of private events, activations and experiences.
• Manage stock, ordering and inventory controls to minimise waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and licensing requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement across service, operations and commercial performance.
