You will own day-to-day operations, drive commercial performance, control costs and develop your people, while nurturing the restaurant's reputation within the local community. Salary £52,000–£54,000 + TRONC + BONUS.

• Experience in premium, quality-led hospitality.
• Strong on-floor leadership and guest engagement.
• Commercial awareness with ability to manage costs and labour.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day-to-day operation and lead an established team.
• Be visible on the floor to enhance guest experience and relationships.
• Manage commercial performance, costs and labour, identify growth opportunities.
• Develop the management team and foster a culture of excellence.
• Receive support from a senior operator during handover.
