Olympia Events in London is seeking a Restaurant Manager for The Addison, a flagship premium dining venue within the Olympia London regeneration project. You will lead from the floor, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences across all trading periods.

You will champion outstanding service, oversee recruitment, training and performance, and drive operational excellence with a commercial focus to establish The Addison as a must-visit hospitality destination.

Qualifications

• Proven restaurant or hospitality management experience in premium dining or high-volume environments.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced people leader with track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Highly organized and commercially aware with multi-daypart operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of a high-volume premium restaurant.
• Champion outstanding guest experiences with high standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop a front-of-house team; recruit and train.
• Drive revenue through upselling while managing labour and costs.
• Support events delivery and cross-department collaboration for targets.
