The Betjeman Arms, a premium pub located in St Pancras Station, is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead shifts and deliver exceptional guest service.

You will train team members, ensure smooth service, manage opening/closing routines as a responsible key holder, and help drive high standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-standard customer service in hospitality.
• Ability to train and mentor junior team members.
