Hall & Woodhouse is recruiting a General Manager to lead the Gardeners Arms, a premium pub dating back to the 17th century, in Haywards Heath. You will oversee a fabulous team, maintain high standards of food and service, and drive commercial performance.

The role offers up to £46.5K salary plus benefits and bonus, 5 days working, and a clear career pathway. You will be supported by a structured development plan and mentoring within a values-led hospitality business.

Qualifications

• Experienced GM in branded hospitality with proven leadership.
• Strong kitchen oversight and control of food production.
