Job summary

LAH Property Marketing is seeking a warm and professional Front of House Receptionist for a premium commercial office building in Didcot. You will welcome tenants and visitors, manage the reception area, and support deliveries and queries to ensure a smooth-running front of house.

The role emphasises professionalism, reliability and strong communication, with on-site attendance and a Monday/Friday schedule from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Salary is listed, and company benefits apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional front‑of‑house service to tenants, visitors and contractors.
• Keep the reception area organised, presentable and welcoming.
• Assist with visitors, deliveries and couriers and manage priorities at reception.
• Provide refreshments for guests when required.
• Answer tenant queries and direct issues to the right contact.
• Report presentation, maintenance or operational issues through the correct channels.
