The role emphasizes pre-construction through to handover, with a focus on programme delivery, procurement, and proactive risk management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial fit out or workplace interiors.
• A strong track record delivering high-quality office fit out projects.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction programmes, procurement, subcontractor management and project delivery.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from pre-construction through to practical completion and handover.
• Developing and monitoring project programmes, budgets and procurement schedules.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, design teams and site management.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety, and workmanship.
• Managing client relationships and providing regular progress updates.
• Identifying and resolving project risks, technical issues and programme challenges.
• Monitoring project costs, variations and commercial performance.
