Job summary

Hill McGlynn Recruitment Limited are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fit-out projects from mobilisation through to completion from their Tower Hill, London office. You will coordinate programmes, site teams and subcontractors, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to required safety standards.

The role demands excellent IT, administration and reporting skills, with experience using progress sheets and Smartsheet.

Qualifications

Experience as a Project Manager within construction and/or fit out.
Strong IT and administrative ability.
Excellent project reporting and documentation skills.
Experience preparing and maintaining project progress sheets and trackers.

Responsibilities

Managing fit out projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover.
Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
Preparing, maintaining and updating construction programmes.
Monitoring project progress against agreed programmes and milestones.
Liaising closely with clients and providing regular updates on project progress.
Managing subcontractor performance and ensuring works are completed to the required standards.
