Dick Lovett BMW Motorrad is looking for a customer-focused advisor to deliver an exceptional experience for new and used Motorrad customers. You will manage enquiries across digital channels, telephone and walk-ins, and guide customers from qualification through to handover.

You will build product knowledge through brand and group training and help maintain the high standards of BMW Motorrad and the Dick Lovett group.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great experience with our new and used customers and manage enquiries through all channels including digital, phone and walk-ins.
• Provide customers with an unrivalled level of customer service from qualification to handover.
• Develop and maintain your knowledge of the Motorrad products and models through brand and group training.
• Maintain the high standards of BMW Motorrad and Dick Lovett group.
