Job summary

Vertu BMW Motorrad Exeter is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join the team. The role focuses on selling new and used motorcycles and related products, with a base salary of £22,000 and an uncapped commission structure that can lead to earnings well in excess of £43,000 OTE.

Expect a 40-hour week with Saturdays required and a guaranteed weekday off. You'll guide customers through the full buying journey—from first conversation and test ride to finance options, handover, and aftersales

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Current Motorcycle licence is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used motorcycles, accessories and related products.
• Guide customers through the full buying journey, including test ride, finance options, handover and aftersales introductions.
• Represent a premium motorcycle brand and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Complete training and onboarding to maximise earnings and success.
