Job summary

Personnel Selection is recruiting for a Client Manager in the motor trade insurance sector. You will manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, renewals, and provide expert advice to deliver a first-class service.

Hybrid, permanent role with a 35-hour week. The right candidate will have motor trade insurance experience and a proactive, client-centered approach, with a focus on building long-term relationships and driving value for clients and the business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in insurance is essential.
• Experience in motor trade insurance is preferred.
• Proactive, self-starting approach with strong communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.

• Managing and developing relationships with high-net-worth clients
• Handling policy renewals and retention activities
• Delivering an exceptional level of customer service and support
