• Maintain a pipeline of qualified new business opportunities.
• Own the renewal process with proactive advice and seamless service ahead of renewal dates.
• Build long-term client relationships through regular contact and in-person meetings where appropriate.
• Respond promptly to client enquiries with high-standard customer service.
• Develop relationships with introducers, networks and referral partners.
