You will share knowledge, deliver expert advice and stand out for exceptional customer service, helping customers find the right products and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Delivering an excellent, welcoming and personal customer experience
• Understanding customers’ needs and confidently recommending the right products
• Building lasting customer relationships and encouraging repeat visits
• Developing strong product knowledge through ongoing training
• Replenishing stock and identifying selling trends and low-stock items
• Maintaining excellent store standards, displays and merchandising
• Processing purchases, arranging deliveries and providing after-sales service
• Introducing customers to our wider range, including special orders and our online shop
